Why Rockets Are Important

As an engineer, innovation is the highest goal. On a broad scale, the limits of innovation are nearly reached in many of our modern industries, an example of this being how there is a set amount of fossil fuel left on Earth and an incredibly limited amount of space for the exponentially growing population. This is where rocketry shines.

I believe in the purpose of advancing the field of rocketry because it expands us from the previous limitations of humanity. By becoming interplanetary, not only do we learn more in the name of aerospace, but we also uplift other industries, and in turn, ourselves.
